Why Consumers Can Trust ACA

Built From a Real Consumer Experience

Auto Contract Audit was created because its founder personally experienced the financial consequences of vehicle add-ons that were not adequately explained during the purchasing process.

More than $4,000 in optional products was included in a financed vehicle transaction. Those products were presented in a way that made them appear to be part of the required contract. The full costs, benefits, cancellation provisions, and effect on the amount financed were not adequately understood at the time of purchase.

That firsthand experience led to the creation of Auto Contract Audit—a consumer assistance service dedicated to helping drivers understand what is contained in their vehicle paperwork.

Evidence Before Claims

ACA does not guarantee refunds or legal outcomes. Every finding depends on the customer’s actual documents, contract terms, timing, product-provider rules, payment history, and individual circumstances.

ACA will only publish customer testimonials and recovery results when they are genuine, documented, and authorized by the customer.

Independent Consumer Assistance

Auto Contract Audit is not a dealership, lender, insurance company, product administrator, or law firm. ACA provides independent, consumer-focused contract review, education, document organization, and refund support services.

Your Contract May Contain More Than You Realize

Optional products can increase both the amount financed and the total interest paid over the life of a vehicle loan. Upload your vehicle documents for free initial review and learn what your contract actually contains.
